We kindly ask for your understanding that our warranty does not extend to cover any natural changes, cracks, or delightful discoloration resulting from light exposure or regular wear and tear. Warranty (Online Orders):

We pride ourselves on efficient order processing for all online orders received through our website. In the event of a cancellation, we want to inform you that a 15% administrative fee will be applied to cover associated costs. It is important to note that cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the product being shipped from our store. Once the product has been dispatched from our store, we regretfully cannot accept any further cancellation requests. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our operations. However, if you find that the product doesn’t fit your house or you have had a change of heart, we provide a return window of three business days from the delivery date. Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for all freight fees and a 15% restocking fee. To ensure eligibility for a full refund, the returned product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was purchased. Upon receipt of the returned item at our store, one of our Gowera representatives will conduct a thorough inspection to check for any damage. If no damage is found, we will process a full refund to the customer promptly. In the unfortunate event that damage is identified during the inspection, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the refund value. We want to assure you that our inspection process is thorough and fair, ensuring a transparent experience for all parties involved.
